Who is real estate photography suitable for?
For private sellers, estate agents, property managers and developers who want to market their property quickly and at the best price. Professional photos have been proven to increase the number of inquiries and shorten the marketing time.
How long does a photo session take?
An appointment with the starter package takes approx. 1 hour. The Premium package incl. drone takes approx. 1.5-2 hours. The Prestige package with 360° visualization takes approx. 2-3 hours.
Are drone shots always possible?
We check in advance whether drone flights are permitted in the desired zone. Restrictions apply in certain areas (e.g. near airports). We will inform you in good time and find a solution together.
What is a 360° visualization?
An interactive virtual tour where prospective buyers can explore the property on screen in all directions – just like on site, but from anywhere. Particularly effective on real estate portals such as Homegate and ImmoScout.
