Massimo (our videographer) and I traveled to Como on 10 July 2025 – the day before the wedding. We used the evening before to explore the Villa Geno location in peace and quiet and to take the first impressive drone shots of the stunning backdrop on Lake Como. 🙂
The next morning, July 11, 2025, we started on time at 10:00 am. We were the first on site at Villa Geno and were able to set up our photo box without any complications – a smooth start to an unforgettable day.
Afterwards, Derya & Gianni arrived and we were allowed to spontaneously accompany them while they were getting ready. It was really impressive – to be in such a beautiful location as Villa Geno on the lake and to witness these intimate moments up close.
The first look took place at around 13:00 – a dream right on the lake. This was followed by an elegant cruise on a RIVA on Lake Como. The first breathtaking wedding photos were taken on the water, accompanied by impressive drone shots high above the lake.
The wedding ceremony took place as an open ceremony in the garden of Villa Geno – with a direct lake view of Lago di Como, in bright sunshine on a beautiful summer’s day. This was followed by an aperitif in the garden, where we were also able to take some wonderful family photos.
We were there until 11 p.m. and were able to capture all the emotions of this unforgettable day.
